What I do with the details you give me.
Who I am
This website belongs to D&D Windows UK, run by Dave Williams, based in Southport. Phone 07925 039477, email ddwindowsuk@hotmail.co.uk.
What I collect
If you use the form, I get what you type in: your name, phone number, postcode, email if you give it, what the job is, and any photos you attach. I also get the page you sent it from and the page you came to my website from, if your browser passes it on. If you ring or WhatsApp me, I have your number.
What I use it for
Only to get back to you about your job, give you a quote and do the work. I don't sell it or pass it on to anyone for marketing.
The law lets me use your details because you've asked me about a job, and getting back to you is the first step to quoting and doing it.
How it gets to me
Form messages are sent to me by email using Brevo, an email service. A copy of each form message also goes to DraxIQ, who host and look after my website, so they can check the form's working.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for 2 years after the job, in case you need me about it again. You can ask me to delete them sooner.
Website logs
Like most websites, the server keeps a basic log of visits, including your IP address. It's used to keep the site running and to stop spam, and it's deleted after 14 days.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, tracking or adverts.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Ring me on 07925 039477. If you're not happy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
